Explanation / Answer

MSP is a psychological disease better known as Mauchensan syndrome in which patient got attracted towards strong medicines or medication system for the smaller health problems which can be cured very easily . Causes of MSP are till now unknown to the psychologists but facts revealed that these disease occours in most of the cases where the child got lack of attention from the immidiate parents or have missed the warmth , cares in their childhood.

Here in this case, Sarah were born and brought up in a boarding and got detatched from her home at the age of 8 due to family problems between her father and mother, so she felts lack of attention. But at the age of 16 year she felt that she was all alone and none is there around her to whom she can demand due love and affection resulting which she got married and at the very early stage she gave birth to a child called Joy. Joy was normal but Sarah was affected by MSP syndrome thus Sarah felt that utmost care to be given to her child thus her child would not suffer as she was in her childhood so over care hampers the normal growth of the child Joy and it resulting in a developmental delay. Severe major operations and medications that Joy have gone through just due to Sarah who always felt that strong medications required to give due care to her child which actually damaged the normal growth mentally and physically of her child. Ultimately with the help of neighbours and the hospital staffs Sarah started taking treatment which gaves relaxation to Joy to get back into the normal life.
