Human services are interdisciplinary fields whose objective is to meet the basic needs of humans where there is application of the knowledge base, where the focus is on prevention of any potential problem, their solutions, as well as commitment in improving the total life quality. Human services are required when there are problems in the normal living of a person, so that the people providing human services would plan for eliminating the problems by evaluating the situation to make a plan, implement the plan, along with provision of emotional support. Barriers are hindrances that occur in exudtion of an action or while delivering an action. Barriers may also occur in cases where people might not be able to think clearly. When people get affected by emotions, they may not be able to think clearly and this is called barriers in thinking. Barriers to meet basic and psychological needs occur when a person is clogged by emotional process, that prevents them to think clearly. The barriers to meet basic needs occur when a person is not able to provide for themselves in a proper manner. There may be shortage of funds, that leads a shortage to meet the basic meets. When coping strategies are hindered, the basic psychological needs are affected.
