1. There is no single technique that gives a effective response from other , so basically it a combination of emotion and techniques that gives a best effective response from other. Here also constantine might have used a combination of supportive listening technique such as showing emotion through both physically and verbally. When constantine uses supportive listening she might have given a real support to skeeter through her conversation. She might have waited until skeeter finishes telling her problem, without getting frustrated or exhausted which may give a sensation that "there is someone who can really support and cares about me".Constantine supportive listening might give a postive self regard and increases self identity in skeeter. This might helped skeeter to comeback to her normal life and helped her to move on with positive energy.

2. Constantine say a line" am i gonna believe all them bad things them fool say about me today?" might be the line which made a greater impoact on skeeter and made her understand that she is worthy of everything.

3. I have a friend who always be there for me and never left me when i face hardship in my life, she is the only person who gives a supportive listening whenever i explain the problem i face. I could fell at ease if i discuss my problem wih her, she shows her understanding through her facial emotion and also if so i have made any mistakes in my life she try to explain it to me a very clear and acceptable manner, so that i won't get upset. Her listening to my story itself is a support for me.
