1) From birth to age 2 is sensorimotor stage according to jean piaget theory.Trust vs Mistrust in according Erik Erikson.The child is going through this phase where it usually trusts the caregiver for it feel safe and secure.in this case the child has not been in constant touch or care with the relative so it is quite normal for the child to hide behind its parent.
2) According to Piaget the child is in the pre operational stage and Autonomy vs shame and doubt according to Erikson.In this stage of childhood the child has preferences and they develop a sense of personal control .They are egocentric,they do not understand things from others perspective.
3) The infant cannot differentiate the foods that is given so it assumes that anything is eatable,at this stage the infant tends to put all the toys in its mouth.
4) At this stage the child develops social interactions,want to develop a sense of pride and be encouraged in all aspects.
5) The child should be guided and encouraged by the parents to achieve and make them understand the right and wrong.The child at this stage is in the concrete operational stage thought where it can work out mentally in its head rather than play outdoor games.
6) During this stage there is always a confusion of identity.They tend to listen more to their peers and the influences will be high.They look to join a group to attain self identity with a high level of independence.
7) It is the stage some children fail to develop their inferiority rahter they remain suppressed.
8) In this case the child wants to show its inferiority and a sense of pride that he is stronger than the rest of the class.
9) At the age of 2 children develop personal control with preferences of what they want to eat or wear.Even preferences of toys they want to play with.
10) This crisis shows anact of wanting to relive thier lives as they may have been suppressed in their early years of life not having the freedom to enjoy all that he wants to have at present.This is more of a freudian theory that could explain this problem.
