According to operant conditioning such policies are not sound to teach children appropriate behaviors because they are too harsh and rigid form of punishment.These policies may inflict the guilt feeling and inferiority complex in the young minds of the children for their innocent plays and imaginations, that will interfere in the development of a balanced personality in the long run and operant conditioning do not intend to inflict such complex for behavior change.
