Ans 5. The following are the opportunities for the Psychology graduates;

The students with Bachelor's degree in Psychology can work as a child caregiver worker in hospitals or mental health homes. They can also work in the daycare, after-school programs, and other child care settings that require help with autistic, spastic, or children with speech disorder who are facing difficulty with coping and need prolonged interaction. The bachelor degree holders can also become teachers for the elementary, middle and high school. They can also become lab assistants with University, government agencies or private labs that study about human behavior.

With a master's degree in Psychology, the path to be a Rehabilitation specialist is open to them.They can assist people who are facing difficulty because of their mental and physical disabilities and help them in becoming well adjusted in society.

The option of doing social service is open for both graduate and postgraduate students. They can join the non-government organization or government agencies.They will be able to provide community support or case management services.

For the doctoral degree holders in health psychology; they can join as a clinical psychologist in the pediatrics department as well as the psychiatry department. They diagnose and counsel people with psychological and mental health problems.They also advise people in difficult situations. They develop treatment and recovery plans, monitor client progress with treatments and coordinate with other health professionals.
