Explanation / Answer
Thinking about people and situations effects me the most emotionally and personally. Our life stories, experiences, social competence, core values, and general understanding of the social world have a profound effect on our development at any age. Understanding others and their perspectives has become an important part our lives since everyone has become so sensitive related to any issue. I love listening to people and somewhere that feeling of empathy is also present in me wherein I imagine myself in others situation and feel emotionally drained out sometimes thinking what the other person might have grown through. This has made me more sensitive to others feelings and emotions. As humans if we would not understand and listen to each other then who will. We all need people around us with whom we could just talk and pour our feelings out. Professionally also I guess thats why I have studied psychology which is a subject related to understanding the human mind. And also having a completely non judgmental attitude has made me connect to people more and increased my interest in doing good and being good with others which is kind of spiritual. I am not a strong follower of religion,I believe in one god whichever name you give him. And I guess this non judgmental opinion about others has made me value the exixtence of every living being and not to discriminate between anyone. My thinking and attitude towards life has become more free spirited. Since we all are living in world where too much is being said and negativity being spread I guess listening to people and explaining to them the goodness of life is important and social cognition helps in that.
