Ans 4.People who tend to spend more time on face book, prefer to live in virtual world. They like to believe or have false or not so so real ideas about relationships. If a person is on facebok for business purpose then it is fair enough, as many people have done well due to easy publicity of their product or services. bUt constantly watching some or other videos is also harful for brain an eyes. Instead going for a walk can more refreshing.

Ans 5. Ethinic or anthropoly factors are key factors in juding persoanlity. In some religions, certain ideas, are not liked as well certain ideas are popular. A person's values and ideas are based on such culture to a greater extent. Eg: a person may find another person having same sex partner fair, while other can disapprove it. Similarly gender factors also contribute. Though such factors are minimum compared to earlier. But women may realize hardships in order to maintain work life balance quickly as compared to males.

Ans 6. Cross cultural study is the branch of psychology that describes how cultutal factors influence human behaviour. For eg: some cultures might stress of upon autonomy, freedom, individualisam while others may not accept such ideas. A person directly or indirectly develops a lot of bias factors based on cross cultural study, and it affects study of personality, even for counsellor. Sometimes if we look from our culture's point of view we may find this as normal while we may take other cultural or personality differences in negative. Study of social behaviour, children upbringing, education, family relationships can be done well by studying cross cultural studies.

Ans 7. Everyday we judge personality, may be the same person. May be the family member, our own mother who is kind, loving if she denies something or is against we may think of her as havinng typical set of ideas or constantly crossing us whereas if she helps us, invites our friends, make some good food, we think of her as the best thing in the world. Geneal we try to judge the persoanlity based on the current moment.

This is emerged from psychoanalytic school of thought.

Self reporting techniques can be quick and easy. This type of questionnaire can be affordable, it can at times be mroe reliable and valid than projective tests as scoring is standerdized. But at times a person may provide fake answer to the question, some tests are very long and tedious. Projective techniques reveal qualitative information, it can be ice breaker to resolve hidden or emotional issues.Scoring os such techniques is very subjective, as well assesment depends a lot upon examiner's attitude
