English is my second laguage. Please help check my grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, topic sentences. Please check carefully. Thank you very much!
My top five strengths in order are Strategic, learner, restorative, ideation, and relator. I took this test once a few years ago, and surprisingly 4 out of 5 strengths are still exact same with the result from last time. The only different I got is Ideation instead of responsibility, so I’m wondering if responsibility is not my strength any more or it moved down to different order? But in general, I do agree with the result. Strategic, I am able to break down a complex problem to a simple one. That is how I tackled all the math problems back in undergraduate. I simplize the problems, quickly think of different way to solve it and choose the shortest and easiest way to do. It also apply to any situations that happen to me as well. I don’t like to look at complicated things, that’s the reason I like to simplize thing to make my life easier. I do love learning new things, I always want to improve my knowledge and have a better understand of how things work. I also agree with restorative, I love to fix broken things, I like to solve puzzles. Ideation is one of the new strength I just discover, I’m not sure if I agree completely. I think i will have to pay more attention whenever I use it. I absolutely agree with the last strength, relator. I mentioned in the last post about leader or manager. Once I get closer to someone, I love to understand their goals, dreams, their life stories. I offered help with no conditions. The strengthfinder assesment is an interesting test to know my own strengths, understand them better, and use them to help me along the way.

My top five strengths in order are Strategic, learner, restorative, ideation, and relator. I took this test few years ago and surprisingly, 4 out of 5 strengths remain the same from the last test results. The only change from the last result is ideation instead of responsibility. So, I’m wondering whether responsibility is my strength or not or has it moved down in the list? Whatsoever it may be, I agree with the result.
Strategic - I am able to break down a complex problem into a simple one. That is how I tackled all the math problems back in my undergraduate program. I simplify all the problems and think of different ways to solve them by adopting the shortest and easiest way to solve them. I apply this technique to all the situations in my life. I don’t like to make things more complicated by working with complicated things and that’s why I simplify things to make my life easier.
Learner - I love learning new things and I always wanted to improve my knowledge.
I have always wanted to know how things work. I like restoration, so, I'm interested in fixing broken things and solve puzzles.
Ideation - It is one of the new strengths which I have discovered from the test but I’m not sure whether I agree completely with this new skill. I might need to pay more attention whenever I use it as it is a new one.
Relator - I absolutely agree with the last strength, relator. I mentioned that I'm a leader and manager in my last post. Once I get closer to someone, I try to understand their goals, dreams and their life stories and I help them unconditionally.
The strength finder assesment is an interesting test to know my own strengths, understand others better and utilize those strengths to progress both in my personal and professional lives.
