Our society receives untrue or biased information without realizing it. Because people do not realize they are receiving false information, they are negligent in receiving the “real news” when there is a correction. This creates false rumors to be spread amongst teenagers and adults. Our target customers are adults aged 30 or older, who are on the go most of the time. In general, our customers want unbiased news stories; or, at least the benefit of knowing whether or not what they are reading is opinionated or factual. We are choosing to target our customer to those who are on the go because they are more likely to purchase/download our APP to obtain accurate news stories, compared to taking the time to buy a newspaper or watch a segment on the television. Additionally, it is time-consuming to flip through the newspaper searching for a story that seems factual or waiting for the news reporter to cover what the customer is interested in. Instead, the customer has the ability to search top news stories and learn what is going on in the world within minutes. So What is unique about your solution to this problem? What unique combination of discontinuous innovation, defensible technology, and/or a disruptive business model are you bringing to market? Please respond in approximately 200 words.

Now a days, there is a lot of clutter on news channels.Many news which are unimportant to viewers also get aired as news channels have to function 24 hours and they would not have so many important news which they could air for 24 hours.Viewers wouldn't have time to wait for the important news on the channels. Different channels present the same news with different perspectives. In such a case, viewer gets confused and cannot understand what is the correct news. The solution proposed is addressing the exact pain point of the customers.An App gives the felxibility to customers to go through the news whenever they get time. This addresses the time constraint. The news presented in the app are more likely to be factual as they don't have pressure to give some or the other news as in the case of 24 hrs news channels. Therefore , customers would have access to facts. Also, the customers can easily choose the type of information they want to read. They can choose easily just be reading the headlines. Unique thing about this solution is not presenting any biased news and presenting only facts. This app would come a relief to those customers who are pissed off with the clutter created by news channels these days and who have avoided news channels owing to time constraints. The apps addresses two problems with one solution.
