The waiting time is not reasonable at all as a patient's time is wasted by more than 1 hour.
Wait for nurse, wait for exam room and wait for physician should be brought down to 0, to improve efficiency. When a patient registers himself the news should be conveyed to these 3 persons and they must be ready to accept within reasonable time.
