Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my concerns about the mobile phone I have purchased from you last week. I am totally disappointed with the product in terms of quality as well as price.

Last week I have purchased a mobile phone from your website for $150 of model C1X002DRS127 with item code 25489HGD# and ref no: 11928839. I want to inform you that I am totally dissatisfied with the product as the product did not meet my expectation and the performance is very pathetic. I purchased the mobile based on my previous purchases from your company but this product did not meet the quality standards of your previous mobiles. The mobile gets hanged all the time and sometimes gets switched off without any reason. The battery also drains very fast and I am not able to use the product even a full day. Your competitors provide better product for less price. Please try to improve the phone performance by improving the memory and battery life.

I want to return your product and need a refund on my purchase as I cannot continue with your product. I have kept the mobile in the same package you gave with the invoice. Please arrange your executive to collect the product and refund my amount.

I am attaching the copy of my invoice with the mail for your reference. You can contact me in case of any queries on the below number. I look forward to your response and expecting a positive reply on my complaint.
