Q1) Below is how organizational learning and training are important to individual as well as organizational development.
Learning, training and development of employees is very much required for the individual career progression as well as to achieve the organizational objectives. Trainings foster the skills of the employees which will help the organization to involve him/her in complex projects which otherwise are handled by a more experienced person.
Various types of trainings in an organization include –

But, after taking the course it is understood that management is a part and parcel of day-to-day operations of any individual but the extent and scope of management differs.
