Explanation / Answer

a. I am 27 years old and single. I work for a multinational company and I am fitness freak. I play sports every week and I am open to trying new things brands in the market.

b. I buy mineral water every day to drink. Sometimes I finish drinking as soon as I buy the bottle and sometimes I store it in my backpack for future use. I do not keep the water in the bottle for more than 24 hours after the seal is broken. I do not buy the bottles in bulk and I buy only when there is a need for it. the empty bottles are thrown to the dustbin.

c. I purchase the bottle in a retail store when I get value for money. If I but the water bottle in small shops then they charge extra for the storage so I prefer buying them in a retail store they sell the product for the original price. The goods are also replenished very frequently in big retail stores so I trust the quality as well.

d.I usually purchase three bottles in the morning before going to work and use it until the evening when I am in the office. I keep one bottle for the three meals I have in a day. This is sufficient for me and it serves the purpose. Sometimes if it gets over soon then I will purchase again in the afternoon and store it in my backpack.

e. I select this specific brand water bottle because I am using this for a long time and I am happy with the price and quality of the product. I always look for value for money and I have chosen in this product after trying multiple similar products. I want to continue with this water bottle brand because I have developed an attachment towards it and it makes me feel satisfied and does not create any doubts in my mind after buying the product.

f. As I mentioned in my previous answer, I have tried the products of other competitors in the market but I found them very expensive and not value for money. Some of them had very bad packaging and some of them were too expensive to afford. This brand I am using now gives everything I look for in a water bottle and at an affordable price.

Based on feedbacks like these the marketer needs to concentrate on the value for money aspect of the product and use that to communicate with the people. Quality is also a plus point for them to talk about it and show that the product is very healthy for the people. The marketers can create campaigns by combing both the positive aspects and reach people to become the most trusted water bottle brand in the market.
