for 0.05 level and 27 degree of freedom critical vlaue of t =2.0518

sample size n=10

MSE =9.3

LSD for comparsion between group A and B =t*(2*MSE/n)1/2 =2.7983

differnce between  groups A and B =|278.3-275.4|=2.9 >LSD

hence difference between groups A and B is significant

SSE =251.1
