Let's start from row 28 and column 15

3413, 4783, 1755, 1425, 4770, 4570, 3426, 1075, 3078, and 3159.

b) Random start = 045 = 45

Then we need to add (5000/10) = 500 in 45 to obtain the next systematyc sample

So second systematic sample = 500 + 45 = 545

Third systematic sample = 500 + 545 = 1045

So we get 45, 545, 1045, 1545, 2045, 2545, 3045, 3545, 4045, and 4545.
