During his quality check activities it was determined that some of the medicines were packed without proper labeling. If such medicines are distributed in market it can cost company in lost of reputation as well as loss of revenue. Such an error was nether expected nor planned in past.
However, with his strategic thinking he identified a pattern in which such a labeling mistake was repeated.
After conducting the root cause analysis of the problem, and determining the reason for issue, he planned and implemented the corrective and preventive measures that made sure that such a mistake is not repeted in future.
The lessons that he learned from being able to solve this problem was that one should be always ready to face new challenges in his organization. Some unplanned difficulties might arise suddenly but with ones thinking capabilities and never give up attitude a true leader always finds the way to overcome such situations.
