UCL = Pbar + 2 xSp = 0.0665+2x0.007878 = 0.0822

LCL = Pbar - 2 Sp = 0.0665-2x0.007878 = 0.05074

The LCL and UCL have been determined after taking 2 sigma levels of confidence limits
