The Milennial survey was conducted by Deloitte to try and understand how Milennials percieve the opportunities provided by the developed nations
The target population was 8000 millennials across 30 countries around the world in September 2016
The main conclusions drawn from the survey are
1. Millennials in the emerging markets are more financially (71 percent) and emotionally(62 percent ) better than the parents as against to only 36 percent of millenials in the developed countries
2. Millenials feel that they can make an huge impact by being more accountable and responsible at the workplace
3. They believe in gradual changes rather than radical transformations by the leaders of the world
Yes I think that the conclusions are justified because of the Internet and Globalization around the world ther are many opportunities and different options that are available to the millennails.
Possible Sources of Bias:
1. The 30 countries may be skewed towards developed nations and a very few countries from the emerging markets
For example if there are 25 developed nations and only 5 emerging nations
1/25 is a very small percent compared to 1/5
2. The age group of the 8000 individuals might be skewed towards a particular age
