From the given numerical data we can obtained many descriptive statistics as mean, median, maximum, minimum, variance standard deviations, etc. Also we can draw the graphs from this numerical data. From the boxplot we can conclude that the given data comes from the approximate normal population. So we can used inferencial statistics based on normal approximations. Testing is one of the part of inference and estimation of population parameters are also a part of inference. So that we can estimate population proportion from the result of confidence interval and hypothesis testing. It support to the population proportion value as 0.5 at 5% or 10% level of significance.
You can collect secondary data that is data from internet, journals, government websites etc. or you can collect primary data that is direct inquiry from the available sources. But try to take random data so the personnel biases ,are not included in the study.
