Due to the rising costs in the medical sector the management and health professionals have to know the ways of soliciting funds in order to be able to meet these costs. The members should be equipped with grant wring skills because through this every member will be aware on how to solicit funds which can make the healthcare facility to be able to attain the required funds for funding its projects. Through this when they present a proposal it will be appealing to secure grant for the facility. The grant that is awarded can be used for buying new machines such as the cancer machine which in most hospitals we usually have congestion that will assist. It can also be used to train the professionals for cancer treatment which can work all over the world to ensure each patient gets proper medication. When one has ethics in the grant it will avoid the mismanagement of the funds where they will ensure that the funds have been used for the process that it had been purposed for.
