Three factors of the project team to be most successful are:
1. Smart people: The involvement of the highly skilled team member enriching the conduction of work effective and bringing the performance standard at a height.
2. Smart planning: The team should perform with the top level analysis before onboarding into the project and strengthens the essential needs by satisfying the customers with the utmost support.
3. Vision and strong decision-making skills: The vision they have created is clearly pointing towards the goal and the research that they have undertaken have heightened the level of certainty to enrich the decision-making skills to ease the betterment of the process so to lead the business effectively.
B)
Three factors of the project to be least successful are:
1. Poor planning: The formulation of objectives is required to be planned as per the project description and it is always requiring checking the feasibility of the project with the time management. The client criteria’s in the project are required to be fulfilled, otherwise, the planning will fail and it will lead to falling down of the reputation of the organization in the market.
2. Lack of communication: The communication in the team are required to be transparent and more likely to be coordinated, otherwise due to lack of bonding the project performance will lead to major destruction in the dealings following with the internal and external matters.
3. Poor monitoring and unstable competitive advantage: The leader of the team should monitor the process of its team associated with the work process as it will highlight the work statistics of the team. Any poor work may cause any failure in the work performed. Another factor due to lack of analysis of the decision-making process it may lead to risk for the organization because the competitors can take the advantage of any wrong or unstable decision.
