1. By picking with hand, some contamination may be introduced. Also beans might break or some other mishappening may occur, so it is always better to spread the beans on table rather than picking by hand.
2. If the beans are not shaken well after returning to the jar, there may be certain spaces which would be left unfilled. And hence overpopulation might be estimated if the jar is not shaken after returning the beans.
3. By increasing the size, confidence interval should not be affected. While by increasing the number of individuals, it should be increased.
4. When the beans are removed, the estimation of population size will be low.
