= 9*10^9*31.2*10^-9*58*10^-9 / 0.02^2 + 6.9*10^-3*9.8

= 0.108 N

b) if max tension is 0.18N

0.18 = 9*10^9*31.2*10^-9*58*10^-9 / d^2 + 6.9*10^-3*9.8

d = 0.012 m

so smallest value of can be 1.2 cm
