we have to find P(the flight will not be discovered | it has an emmergency locator)

so we can write P(the flight will be discovered | if it has ememrgency locator)=P(it has emmergency locator | the flight will be discovered) P(the flight will be disscovered)=.64*.72=.4608

So our required probability will be =1-.4608=.5392

P(it will be discoverd | althogh it has not emergency locator) =P(the flight has not emmergency locator | it will be discovered ) P(it will be discovered )=.56*.72=.403
