In june of last year Sean discovered that his company was cheating o its contract with the Federal Aviation and Administration and filed a complaint withe the FAA. As a result of the filing Sean was fired and he brings a lawsuit for wrongful termination. The whistle blower law of the FAA states no employee shall be made to arbitrate dismissal cases where fraud or criminal activity is involved. What is the possible jurisdiction for Seans's lawsuit and what is a potential outcome?

Whsitle blower protection is a major act to protect the honest employee when they report wrong doing of their organization is a proper forum.Whistleblower cannot be terminated because of reporting wrong doing and if any matter on the complaint of the whistleblower is pending before the court the employee will not dismiss arbitrariry. By going through this provision we can say that Sean cannot be dismissed by the company and he will win the lawsuit.
