Dear Sales Team,

We all know that our organization has always believed in acknowledging the hardwork of its employees. We have been consistently earning huge profits which can be attributed to the hardwork and dedication of our employees towards the organization. Last week we had a weekly meeting of our management in which it was decided to introduce a new scheme to recognize and reward your efforts. As a part of this new scheme it is decided that each employee will have to options to exercise either the employee can take two additional paid days off per year OR there will be a 2% raise in the annual package of the employee. It totally depends on the person which option to exercise.

These two off are in addition to your existing paid leaves, so employees who exercise this option will have 20 paid leaves instead of 18 paid leaves during an year. You are free to take these off any time during the year except for peak times. The other option which speaks about 2% raise in annual salary package is also in addition to your usual yearly increment. But one thing that must be noted is that only those employees who have consistently achieved their targets during the last three months will be entitled to these benefits. You all are required to send your consent regarding which option you would like to exercise by the end of this week to the HR team.
