Emotional intelligence is the ability of recognizing emotions and feelings of individual, and understanding how your emotions or feelings will affect society. when you understands how others are feeling it will allow you to manage good relationship with them. Before building the emotional intelligence in your team, you have to work on yourself.
Remember that if you want your team should be emotionally intelligent then you need to work on improving your own emotions first, And your team will respect you and really follow you.
