Explanation / Answer

Interpretation:

There are three models shown, they are as follows:

First model: Organization culture is the predictor and the response variable is "turnover intention"

In this model we got R square = 0.511 , which means that the predictor Organization culture helps explain 51.1% of the variation in the "turnover intentions" of the employees

This model is significant with a F value of 16.987 and the P value of 0.000

.

Second model: This model includes Compensation and benefits

The value fo R square for this model is 0.764. This means that this predictor Compensation and benefits is able to explain 76.4% of the variation in the response variable "turnover intentions" of employees

This model is significant with a F value of 18.567 with a P value of 0.000

.

The Third model: In tis model the predictor is Job satisfaction.

The R square value of this model is 0.880. This implies that the predictor job satisfaction is able to explain 88.0% of the variation in the response variable "turnover intention" of the employees.

This model is also significant with a F value of 17.98 and P value of 0.000.

.

The best model of all thes ethree models is the one , which is able to explain the maximum variation in the response variable

Thus the model with predictor "job Satisfaction" is able to explain 88% of the variation in the "turnover intentions" of the employees, hence this is the best model out of all the three models.

.

Organizational Implications:

These models tell us that the three predictors are definitely the one's that contribute to the turnover intentions of the employees. Thus it tells the organization to keep its organization culture employye friendly

Ensure that the "compensation and the benefits" provided to the employees are competetive as compared to the industry benchmarks

And the company must leave no stone unturned to ensure that job satsifaction is the prime goal of the HR and the company management. It must ensure that employees are firstly satisfied with the job responsibilities , timings and processes. If need be necessary changes must be made to ensure that the level of job satisfaction doesnot fall down.
