Mean weight of population = Mean weight of sample xbar

Here population standard deviation is given so we will use Z - statistics

90% confidence interval = xbar +- Z (90%) (/n)

Here for 90% confidence interval Z - value = 1.645

= 75 +- 1.645 * ( 9.4/ 35)

so the standard error part = 1.645 * 9.4/ 35 = 2.61 Ounces
