The conclusion here is irrelevant as there is no relation between the increase in sales of ice cream and deaths due to drowning. Both of them are different study having different reasons behind the cause but not related to each other.Thus the results do not justify the conclusion

The result here may justify the conclusion as drinking more may lead to lack of concentration and weak memory retention which may be a possible cause of lower grades. Hence the results do justify the conclusion.
