Each cell value we can compute by using syntax :
=CHIINV(probability, deg_freedom)
where probability = level of significance or column values and
deg_freedom = row values.

First cell we can fill by using syntax :
=CHIINV(0.999,1) = 1.5708E-06 = 0.0000
Critical value of 136.982 we can find by using syntax :
=CHIINV(0.1, 117) = 136.982
Critical value of 10.828 we can find by using syntax :
=CHIINV(0.001, 1) = 10.828
Critical value of 75.356 we can find by using syntax :
=CHIINV(0.999, 117) = 75.356
In this way we can compute all the critical values and complete the table.
