What changes to tbe considerations and circumstances would be necessary to permit you to ethically disclose the procedure to your new team?

Explanation / Answer

No its unethical to disclose the procedure to your team at the new company as every company has some terms or clauses as safety measures and don’t like it to be disclosed. No its not a good engineering practice to incorporate the procedure in your new team’s embedded system because firstly you have not built or worked on the procedure and incorporating somebodies work would be like stealing their ideas My main consideration would be to first analyze the project they are working on. The flaws or the bugs in it and the areas in which the work could be explored or developed. In that case the use of an alternate solution with identical results needs to developed such that there are no consequences
