Manage the workforce of a manufacturing company

Purpose

To analyse the delay in the change of shifts across different shifts of the day. If the shifts are from Morning (6 -12), Afternoon (12:01 to 1800) , night (1801 to 24:00) and early morning (00:01 to 6:00)

idea is

to analyse the avergae delay across shifts

to analyse if the shift delay is statistically dependent on some shift group

Collect the delay time when the shifts are changed during the day , repeat this process say 30 times and then perform the analysis on the collected data.
