Your friend Snidely is running a user support desk and deciding whether to try to improve productivity by having soft music played for his call center workers. The Musick firm has agreed to let him try the service for free so that he can test its effects, but Snidely is not sure what the best research design would be for this problem, so he has asked you to design a study for him. Design of the experiment: We take the sample of workers and provide them this service,
a SRS would be fine as a sampling techinque. Will have good sample size so that the problem of type1 or type 2 errors decreases.
Null Hypotheses: productivity is not changed
Alternate Hypothesis: productiviy increased
Alpha level can be put as 0.95 as a standard alpha value
