Explanation / Answer

A function is a mapping between an element from the domain to am element in the co-domain. This mapping has to be inoque for the function to exist. Just like a human cannot have two heights or two faces, an element in a function cannot be mapped to more than one element in the codomain.

An example of a real work function is : number of wonders of the world in a country. India and France both have the same number of wonders of the world (i.e. one)
