Vitamin A overdose:

Primarysymptoms-dry rough skin, cracked lips and hair loss.

Secondary symptoms- headache, irritability, high levels of bile in blood and liver diseases.It may also cause high pressure in brain and even death.

Vitamin B6 : can lead to nerve toxicity

Vitamin B3: nausea, jaundice and liver toxicity

Vitamin C: diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal cramps, insomnia and headache.

Vitamin D: dehydration, loss of appetite, vomiting, irritability, constipation, muscle weakness, metastatic calcification of soft tissues.

Iron: vomiting, diarrhoea, intestinal damage.

Iodine: brassy taste in mouth, gastrointestinal tract irritation, increase in salivation and acneiform skin lesions.

Fluorine: stained or yellowish teeth, osteosclerosis.
