(APA style is used in the sciences-see www.apastyle.org for help...but if you are totally unfamiliar with this style of citing, it's ok to use MLA format.) Pictures are welcomed as an add-on to your paper, too! (These should not impact the 2-3 page content requirement, however). The paper can be submitted in Blackboard, in the "Conservation Assignment" link or submitted in-class as a hard-copy. When we meet, you'll have the opportunity to pair up with another student to discuss your findings, and then have a broader class discussion detailing these results. Endangered species are those that cannot adjust with their surroundings. For example, many birds are endangered species due to hunting, pollutions, and deforestation.

If a species is threatened, it means the species is in danger at any means whether of endangered or vulnerable.

The other important term is vulnerable, which implies the loss of species’ natural habitats and poaching. For example, due to the increased populations of African lions, the other living species are in danger; vulnerable.
