The speed for first row is v = 39 mph
The average travel time is
t = d/v = 5/39 = 0.128 hrs = 7.69 min
b) for second row , t= 5*60/40 = 300/40 = 7.5 min
c) for third row t = 300/46 = 6.52min
so the simple mathematical formula is t = 300/average speed
