A) IN THE 1ST CASE IT IS A DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS AS WE ARE MORE ABOUT THE USE OF STATISTICS DEPENDING ON THE NEED OF THE USER LIKE IN CORPORATE OR IN ANY DEPARTMENT, AS THIS TYPE OF DISCUSSION IS A BROAD WAY TO TELL THE USEFUL OF STATISTICS HENCE IT IS A DESCRIPTIVE

B) THE 2ND CASE IS A INFERENTIAL STATISTICS BECAUSE HERE WE ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE STATISTICS VARIABLE LIKE CUSTOMER VISIT FREQUENCY , IN THIS TYPE WE GET THE INFERENCE FROM THE VARIABLE WE ANALYSE.
