=-8(x-2)/(x+3)(x-1)

=> (x+1)(x+3)(x-1)=-8(x-1)(x-2)

=>(x-1)[(x+1)(x+3)+8(x-2)]=0

=>(x-1)[x^2+12x-13]=0

=> (x-1)(x-1)(x+13)=0

=> x= 1, 1, -13.
