My name is Mia,I am taking my last course before graduation and it is algebra 116. We work in 9 wk. classes I am now in wk.5 doing (functions). I don't have a full text book and they do not use typical words that I have been seeing on the internet.How can I overcome all the steps needed to complete any function problems if I don't have all the steps? During classroom work,I seem to be fine,it is during (quiz) when numbers do not jive,nothing is remotely the same as what in in the partial text as it is during our quiz. My instructor doesn't give any help and he is not going to throw a bone. What can I do to really understand the (how to) in functions?
