X = 60 has a Z = -3
So, (X-a)/b = -3
X +3b = a, where X=60
60+3b = a...1

So, (X-a)/b = 2
85-2b = a...2
So, equating 1 and 2..we have:
60+3b = 85-2b
5b = 25
b =5
So, 85-2*5 = 75 = a
