Goal: Create what you think should be The New US Food Graphic. Background: Even though in 2011 Michelle Obama introduced the new US Food Guideline, MyPlate, the US government has learned that you have taken a fantastic nutrition course at MCC, and that you are very knowledgeable about what the US population should eat on a daily basis. So, instead of the US government giving $1.6 million to the Omnicon Group to design a new US food pyramid, they have decided to give the money to you, and they want you to create The New US Food Pyramid. (And for that amount of $$, it better be good) 0 5 0 Design what you think should be The New US Food Graphic. It doesn't necessarily have to be a pyramid shape. Make a drawing/graphic of the pyramid and then write a one page summary explaining your creation. You are the only one in your group. Assignments should be 2 pages = 1 page consisting of the new food graphic and 1 page of explanation, double spaced. You can put your assignment in any .gif or .jpg format you wish - Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc., but I cannot accept .odt or "pages documents..
