Ans. 1: Sometimes consumption of alcohol or drug abuse may leads to memory loss for short period of time. Short term memory loss can also occurs due to head injury, trauma or medical causes such as epilepsy, seizure, dementia etc., Where as long term memory loss may be due to patient in coma for many years and come back to its senses. Long-term memory and short-term memory differ in the kind of information that is most easily stored. Information is usually stored in short-term memory in terms of the physical qualities of the experience such as what we see, do, taste, touch or hear. In long-term memory, information is primarily stored in terms of its meaning or semantic codes.

Ans2: The three ways to remember ideas are:

(i) To use the information, the more use of information,there will be more chances to create link in brain to remember things.

(ii) Eliminate the distraction, it leads to weakening of the memory.

(iii) Make stronger decision and stick to it.

Ans3: Three things to reduce exam stress are:

(i) Have a good revision of the subject and go through some code words. Just be relaxed and eat healthy.

(ii) Plan your study routine and try to get enough sleep.

(iii) Keep your mind out of reach from useless things such as siciso media, don't waste time on these things rather you can listen to some music.

Ans4: Gathering knowledge means collection of some useful information which can be utilised at any time of your life. You can particularly gather knowledge about the things you are interested in , or any learning materials.
