2. the hepatitis A(HA) is due to the ingestion of contaminaated food or water whereas the hepatitis B (HB) is result of the parental interaction with infected fluids in the body. the hepatitis B results in a long term or chronic affects such as liver cirrhosis or cancer whereas for HA mostly have mild affect and patient can completely recover with a treatment as it is acute inflammation which is caused due to HA virus. HA is self limiting whereas HB is serious viral infection. yes , as the symptoms are almost same for both so the same vaccine can use used to protect both but with varying dosages in both cases.

3. if such type of program is possible , then it may decrease the spreading rates of the AIDS but it will never become a zero because AIDS have chances to be spread by oral or other contacting methods. Stopping the couples from having sex will definately decrease the number leading to a success but according to my perception practically such type of program won't work out in the environment because of maany associated factors.
