No, the pain in her groin is not due exercise.The sudden, rhythmic waves of pain might be due to urinary tract obstruction caused by urolithiasis i.e formation of stones in urinary bladder or urinary tract.This results in pain in the groin area and also decreases the urine output.So, we can conclude that Jeanine is suffereing from urinary tract obstruction due to urolithiasis.

Urinary tract obstruction can be treated depending on the size of the stones.It stones are large in size, they need to be by removed from bladder and urinary via surgery or via extracorporeal shockwave therapy.Medication could also help dissolve the small stones if present.

Kidney stones are formed when urine becomes saturated/concentrated due to less intake of water that makes some substances in urine to convert into sediments. So, she can prevent future episodes by drinking more and more water which will increase her urine volume and the chances of urine to become saturated/concentrated will be reduced easily, thus reducing the risk of forming stones in kidney.
