Question

i need a good writer for the part of project. " TARGET SPECIFICATION", please give me about 1/2 or one page.

I need a good english writer for a part of the project: write about one page about Target specification. Here is the requirement; Target Specifications Respond to: customer's needs, organizational capabilities, technology and resource availability Translate customer needs into engineering quantities I already have the customer's need. Just respond to. Here is customer's need: you don't have to answer all of them. Here is the project: Project Title: Residential Thermal Storage Battery (RTSB) Background: Rising demand for electricity during peak-hours (noon to 8 pm) will increasingly cause electrical grid disruptions. Programs and financial incentives that reduce peak-load demand are already common in large commercial and industrial users of electricity. While residential electricity customers are the most significant drivers of peak-load demand, efforts to reduce their electricity usage have been limited to improving the energy efficiency of conventional air conditioners and appliances. Objective: The objective of this project is to design and evaluate via simulations a new residential thermal storage battery (RISS) device. Essentially this device will make ice during off-peak hours and then use that stored thermal energy to chill a liquid which cools a building during peak-demand hours via conventional room terminal fan coil units (FCU's). By so doing, AC compressor operation during peak hours Is eliminated and total residential electricity usage can be reduced by as much as 70% during the entire 8 hour period.

Explanation / Answer

Specifications. A set of specifications is a translation from customer needs (qualitative) to numerical
values that describe what a product will do. A set of specifications is comprised of many
individual statements. Each single specification (e.g. time to assemble < 75 s) consists of a metric
(e.g. time to assemble) and a target (e.g. < 75 s). Each spec describes an end result, not a
method for achieving this result. Note that spec(s) and specification(s) are used synonymously.
