Explanation / Answer

1. yes i will sign. This is because all the work was done under my guidance (incharge) and this is my past work. I am not doing anything new for my compititor. 2 Yes there is a difference if Firm X give me additional money this means that there is something wrong done in the project after my resign from firm X hence they are paying money to me.No that is not ethical. 3. Only the circumtance in which engineer is quite sure that all the work done is right and according to standard then only without any additional money sigining the document is ethical
