2- solve the differential and find
I- heat flux and, Along with all Boundary Condictions (BC)
    II- temperature distribution

A frictionless incompressible fluid having the velocity U infinity flows steadily over a thin semi-infinite plate of thickness delta* (Fig. 2-60). The initial temperatures of the fluid and the wall are the same, T infinity. Then the uniform heat flux q" is suddenly applied to the bottom of the plate. Find the unsteady penetration of the heat flux into the fluid.
